I don't have any kettlebells; can I still join?

Yes you can, as there are many bodyweight only sessions, but it is advisable to get yourself a kettlebell so that you can benefit from those sessions too.

I have a kettlebell, but I don't know how to use it.

There are instructional sessions available! I have both “fast track” sessions designed to get you up to speed quickly, but also individual tutorials for every kettlebell exercise. Once you join, you will have access to all the instruction you need within the members area.

I don't have much space at home to workout.

If you have space for a standard yoga mat, then you have enough space. However, I would advise finding space away from televisions, pets, children... for obvious reasons!

My schedule makes regular sessions almost impossible.

Don't worry! You do what you can, when you can. I have sessions from as little as 10 minutes. Some weeks you'll have more time & energy, so you will be able to do more. Other weeks, you have less time & energy, so on those weeks you will do less – I have a video in the members area explaining how to decide which sessions to do and when to do them.

I only want to do kettlebells, not all that other stuff.

That's entirely up to you! Some members absolutely are only interested in one particular type of training. I offer a complete system and I encourage that you use it all to get all of the benefits, but you decide which sessions you want to do, and you always have the option of including something else. I only offer ONE package though, but it is up to you how you best utilise what you have available.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel easily anytime you want to – there is no lengthy contract. Simply login to the members area, go to my subscriptions, and click cancel. Any payments already made cannot be refunded, but your access to service will continue for your current billing period. I will be sorry to see you go, but I want you to be in control of your membership.

I don't know how to choose which workouts to do.

Once logged in, you will find 2 videos immediately. One is how to use / navigate the site, and the other explains how to schedule your workouts. After watching it, you should confidently be able to decide what to do and when to do it. If you are still unsure, send me a message and I will personally help you.

My partner and I both want to sign up. Do we need 2 accounts?

Not at all! One of the many benefits is that you only need one account per household, so you and your partner and anyone else living in the same household can access the service via a single account.
